About This Wine

Danebury vineyard is situated on the old paddocks of what was Stockbridge Racecourse, and the gentle well drained chalk hills make this ideal “terroir” for the vines. This is an off-dry wine with strong floral notes on the nose and dominant tropical fruit flavours with a hint of honey at the finish on the palate. Well balanced with good flavour and complimentary acidity, this is a fine wine either on its own or with any white meat poultry dishes.

Our Thoughts

We think this is a perfect aperitif or stand alone wine however it would work superbly with our roast chicken supreme with chestnut mushrooms, buttered mash and thyme sauce.
